Steamed Spareribs

INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo spareribs (cut into 1 1/2 inch cube)
- 3 tablespoon chili bean sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoon washed tausi
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon Vino de Estrella
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion (as garnish)
PROCEDURE
- Rinse spareribs and drain well.
- Saute garlic in oil.
- Add pork and the rest of the ingredients except for cornstarch and green onions.
- Marinate for 30 minutes.
- Steam over high heat for 30 minutes or until meat is tender
- Thicken with cornstarch dispersed in water.
- Put in a bowl and garnish with green onions.
- Serve while hot.
