Cathedral Window

INGREDIENTS
  • 3-4 flavored gelatin (our preference - cherry, pineapple or lime, mango and apricot)
  • 4 small packs unflavored gelatin 
  • 2 Nestle creme
  • 2 condensed milk
  • 1 cup hot and 1 cup cold water for each gelatin pack
  • 2 cups milk (evap or fresh)

PROCEDURE
  1. Dissolve gelatin on separate containers with 1 cup hot water and 1 cup cold water.  (you may also follow the directions found on the pack) 
  2. Refrigerate gelatin and slice into cubes
  3. Mix Nestle creme, condensed milk and milk. Stir.
  4. Put unflavored gelatin to 1 cup hot water. Stir and dissolve. 
  5. Mix in Nestle creme mixture to unflavored gelatin and stir well.
  6. Pour over different flavored gelatin and chill.
