INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 eggs
- 1 3/4 to 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cup oil or butter
- 3/4 cup cocoa or 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup coarsely cut walnuts
- Hershey's chocolate syrup
PROCEDURE
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Sift together flour, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
- Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar slowly and beat until creamy.
- Add oil, cocoa and vanilla.
- Fold in walnuts
- Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
- Take out from oven. Cool for 5 minutes.
- Spread Hershey's chocolate syrup evenly.
