Brownies

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 3/4 to 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup oil or butter 
  • 3/4 cup cocoa or 4 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup coarsely cut walnuts
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup

PROCEDURE
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt. Set aside.
  3. Beat eggs until foamy. Add sugar slowly and beat until creamy.
  4. Add oil, cocoa and vanilla. 
  5. Fold in walnuts
  6. Bake for 25 - 30 minutes
  7. Take out from oven. Cool for 5 minutes. 
  8. Spread Hershey's chocolate syrup evenly.
