Mama's Old Recipes

I've always thought of how I can preserve my mom's old recipes (as old as the late 80s). They were all handwritten on this big blue record book. It brings memories when we were still in Saudi Arabia (stayed there for 14 years!) and my mom would regularly whip up meals for us from delish main dishes to our delectable favorite desserts. Most of the pages though are faded and smudged so I am creating an online collection of a select family heirloom recipes.
