INGREDIENTS
- 1 kilo liempo (fresh pork belly)
- Salt
- Fresh Ground Pepper
PROCEDURE
- Preheat griller for 15 minutes or if you are using charcoal, let it burn until charcoal is white and ashy. Cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
- Place liempo in a bowl.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat pork.
- Grill the pork belly 8-10 minutes on each side (depends on the thickness of your pork)
- Serve with hot rice and spicy vinegar.
