Inihaw na Liempo (Grilled Liempo)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 kilo liempo (fresh pork belly)
  • Salt 
  • Fresh Ground Pepper 
PROCEDURE
  1. Preheat griller for 15 minutes or if you are using charcoal, let it burn until charcoal is white and ashy. Cover with a lid for 15 minutes.
  2. Place liempo in a bowl.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well to coat pork.
  4. Grill the pork belly 8-10 minutes on each side (depends on the thickness of your pork) 
  5. Serve with hot rice and spicy vinegar.
