Beef in Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS


  • 1 K of beef tenderloin (sliced into small strips)
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon sugar 
  • 1-2 red onion (sliced into rounds)
  • 1/2 cup of oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
  • mushrooms 

PROCEDURE

  1. Marinate beef in mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar for at least 30 minutes
  2. Fry beef then put little water until tender
  3. Put onions, oyster sauce and mushrooms and stir for 2-3 minutes
  4. Plate and serve
