Beef in Oyster Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- 1 K of beef tenderloin (sliced into small strips)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1-2 red onion (sliced into rounds)
- 1/2 cup of oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- mushrooms
PROCEDURE
- Marinate beef in mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar for at least 30 minutes
- Fry beef then put little water until tender
- Put onions, oyster sauce and mushrooms and stir for 2-3 minutes
- Plate and serve
