Paksiw na Isda
This dish is quite easy and tasty. So if you're looking for a quick delicious meal, this will do.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 big boneless bangus (sliced into 4 - 6 pieces)
- 1 medium sized ginger (thinly sliced)
- 4 cloves of garlic (crushed)
- 2-3 long chili (green)
- 3-4 whole tomatoes
- 1/3 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup fish sauce
- Pinch of ground pepper
- Bitter gourd or ampalaya (optional)
- Eggplant (optional)
- Water to fill up to the level of fish
PROCEDURE
- In a glass casserole or stainless pot, put in all the ingredients together. Make sure that water level is just enough to cover the fish
- Boil for 5-7 minutes
- Serve
