Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 big potatoes (peeled and sliced into cubes)
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 cups of mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pickle relish
- 1/4 cup minced onion
- 1/4 cup minced celery
- 4 tablespoons karo syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
PROCEDURE
- Boil potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, celery, karo syrup, salt and pepper.
- Mix together and refrigerate until chilled.
