Potato Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 4-5 big potatoes (peeled and sliced into cubes)
  • 3 hard boiled eggs 
  • 2 cups of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup pickle relish
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 4 tablespoons karo syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon iodized salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper 

PROCEDURE

  1. Boil potatoes in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain, cool and chop.
  2. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, mayonnaise, pickle relish, onion, celery, karo syrup, salt and pepper. 
  3. Mix together and refrigerate until chilled.
